Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Smart Logistics Hub LLC ("we," "us") operates the Pre-Trip Inspection mobile application (the "App"), used by commercial vehicle drivers, fleet owners, and brokers to complete and record vehicle inspections.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what the App needs to function. Nothing below is used for advertising, and none of it is sold to third parties.

Account information, provided when you register or are added to a fleet:

• Full name
• Phone number (used as your login identifier)
• Password (stored in hashed form using an industry-standard algorithm — never in plain text)
• For fleet owners and brokers: company name, and — where provided — DOT and MC numbers
• County (a self-reported general location, entered as text — not GPS)

Precise location, collected only while the App is open and only during an active inspection, to attach a site address to the inspection record. The App does not track location in the background and does not track location when you are not using it.

Photos, taken with the camera or selected from your photo library, to document the condition of inspected vehicle items. Photos are attached to inspection records and stored on our servers.

Crash reports. If the App crashes or hits an error, a crash report is sent to Google Firebase Crashlytics so we can find and fix the problem. A crash report contains technical diagnostics — the error and where in the App it happened, device model, operating system and App version — and a random identifier of the App installation. Crash reports are not linked to your account, your name or your phone number, and are not used for advertising.

What we do not collect: advertising identifiers, browsing history, usage tracking of how you use the App, payment information, contacts, or any data unrelated to completing an inspection. Apart from Firebase Crashlytics for crash reports, the App contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and phone numbers are not verified through any third-party SMS or messaging service.

3. Why we collect it

• Account information: to identify you, assign you to the correct fleet/role, and let you log back in.
• Location: to record where an inspection took place, as required for inspection recordkeeping.
• Photos: to provide visual evidence of vehicle condition at the time of inspection.
• Crash reports: to diagnose and fix errors in the App.

4. How we store and share information

All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure that we operate. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and we do not use any third-party service to process your account or inspection data. The only third-party service the App sends data to is Google Firebase Crashlytics, and only the crash reports described above.

5. How long we keep your data, and how to delete it

We retain your account and inspection data for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to meet applicable recordkeeping obligations for vehicle inspections.

You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account in the App, or by contacting us (below). Deleting your account erases your name, email address, phone number, password, and driver profile details.

Inspection reports are not erased. A pre-trip inspection is a compliance record for the vehicle and the motor carrier, not only a personal document, so instead of being destroyed it is de-identified: your name, email address and phone number are removed from it, and the report remains on file for the vehicle and the carrier. 6. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at andrei@slh-us.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children's privacy

The App is intended for professional commercial drivers and fleet personnel, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
